This is so weird. I've seen this guy before...lots of times. There's a petrol bunk on this road and he's always there. That's where I fill up my mum's car. I've even seen him once near Tanjong Rhu where I live...which isn't far from Mountbatten Rd. And I'm writing this post now almost 20,000 kilometers from home...wow.
